GHRD presents on migration issues at Gymnasium Sorhgvliet


On April 4 and 5, GHRD presented human rights issues at the Gymnasium Sorghvliet to 100 students aged between 13 to 15 years old. Four representatives from migrant organizations shared their experiences as migrants in the Netherlands.

The aim of the programme was to stimulate understanding on migration and different cultures living in the Netherlands to 2nd grade pupils at the gymnasium. 

GHRD contributed to this programme by introducing the issue of human rights and invited four representatives from migrant organisations to share their experience as a migrant in the Netherlands. These representatives presented on the different aspects of their cultures and home countries.
