Meet the team

My name is Ana Santoyo and I am from Mexico. I am currently finishing my studies in Political Science and International Relations. I have always been interested in the topic of migration and human rights and have previous experience conducting research and working with the National Institute of Geography and Statistics in Mexico (INEGI) and the Institute for Migrant Women in the Mexican context (IMUMI), as well as organizing charities for different minorities in The Hague. I have been part of GHRD since May 2025 staring as an intern for the Pakistan team where I conducted research on human rights violations in thr area and supported advocacy efforts for marginalised and minority communities in Pakistan. Since October I have joined the Lobbying, Network and Collaboration team of which I am now cordinator, where I oversee partnerships, and strenghten and extend GHRD’s network. Finally I can say I am very passionate about GHRD’s mission and will continue to support its efforts towards global justice.
