Meet the team

Oona Carteron is a human rights researcher dedicated to advancing women’s rights and social justice. Currently serving as a Coordinator of the International Justice and International Law Team at GHRD, she was previously a researcher in the Women’s Right’s Team. She has contributed to in-depth analyses on critical issues, with a focus on the MENA region and analysing political movements and political rights. Oona holds a degree in History and International Relations from King’s College London. She is also currently a Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament’s Directorate-General for External Policies (DG EXPO).
